Shipping policy

DELIVERY / SHIPPING TERMS

-Order/s received shall be processed and dispatched via company delivery / logistics staff or via third party affiliated logistics/delivery company/s.

-Customers are requested to kindly provide all the necessary information like First Name, Last Name, Contact Number, Address to ensure the processing of orders and accurate delivery.

-Customers are responsible to pay the shipping / delivery charges for the orders they place on this website or via social media links.

-Delivery of goods shall be done in person for customers inside Kathmandu Valley via delivery riders and via courier companies for customers outside Kathmandu Valley. Customers are responsible to collect their packages from the courier company by self visit / home delivery service if provided by the courier company themselves.

-Customers are responsible to collect goods and packages from the courier companies at the earliest and not less than 2 days once they receive confirmation that goods / packages / parcels in their name has been received at the courier offices. Failure to visit courier offices and failure to collect the packages on time shall lead to the package being misplaced which we shall not be responsible. Unclaimed packages are however returned back to sender and upon intimation of such a case, we shall make every effort to re dispatch the items to the customer. Re dispatching of the packages will ask for shipping charges which the customer shall be responsible to cover.

-Shipping/ Delivery charges shall apply for the delivery of our product / service and it is to be paid by the customer.

-For international shipping, the shipping charges shall be applicable as mentioned in our website or if not mentioned shall be notified to the customer after evaluation of the size, weight, geographical region, nature of time frame, nature of the courier/ delivery service/ company being used and the customer shall be responsible to handle any such charges.
